A clear license for client work.

One website per included design

An individual purchase is intended to cover one business website using that purchased design. A four-design collection is intended to cover one website for each of its four named designs. Unused rights for one design cannot be transferred to another design.

Local development, staging and backup copies of the same website are included in this model. Moving that same website to a replacement domain does not create another website use.

Client handoff

One purchaser/developer may customize the licensed website, charge a client for that work and give the client the source required to operate and maintain that website. The client’s designated maintainer may work on that same website.

This does not create a reusable template-library license for an agency team, client or maintainer. A second independently deployed business website using the same design needs another license.

What is outside the allowance

• Reselling or redistributing the stock template, lightly modified source kit, collection or tools as a reusable product.
• Using the files as a shared stock library or in a SaaS website builder.
• Treating several separately branded business websites as one use simply because one agency manages them.

Assets and continuing use

Retain applicable third-party notices and follow the included asset documentation. Demo businesses, prices and imagery are fictional. Use authorized client content and accurate business information.

Under the proposed model, the licensed website may remain in use after the assistance period ends, subject to final license terms and any applicable refund remedy. A proposed completed full refund requires licensed use to stop, subject to applicable rights. A refund does not remotely delete downloaded files.

Final versioned license wording, included-tool and asset permissions, and refund effects must be approved before commercial files are released.
