The proposed window
The approved preparation model allows a request for a full refund within 14 days of the order date. An order would be verified through the payment provider. Feedback may be invited; a reason is not required under this proposed voluntary approach.
Purchases are not active today. These details describe the intended policy, not an invitation to send money.
Collections are one order
A four-design collection is treated as one order for the proposed voluntary full-refund option. It is not four separately priced design purchases.
This does not exclude partial remedies where applicable rights or the final provider policy require them. A partial amount will not be assumed by simply dividing a collection price by four.
A request and a completed refund differ
The proposed license requires licensed use to stop after a completed full refund, subject to applicable rights and final terms. Requesting a refund is not the same as receiving one. Downloaded files cannot be remotely erased.
Final access changes, provider-confirmed amounts and processing steps must be verified. No bank posting time is promised.
How requests will work
The request channel is our temporary contact, idris@korvohq.com, until the dedicated Ellori address is ready. Include an order identifier when one exists; never send card details.
Applicable consumer rights and provider remedies remain separate from the proposed voluntary window. We do not claim that downloading a file automatically waives cancellation rights. Final Stripe-compatible wording and checkout disclosures remain under review.
